I offer a unique, quick,

gentle, and enjoyable approach to PTSD and Trauma Therapy

Effective Trauma Counseling and Sexual Abuse Therapy

Simply come to your appointment and there is nothing else you need to do.

I will do most of the talking and take on the responsibility of causing change and having the session being successful.

You won’t have to retell the story of what you experienced.
You won’t have to learn “coping skills” or “tools” to address your symptoms.
You won’t have to “work.” And certainly not “hard.”
You won’t be required to “let go,” “forgive,” or “move on.”
The treatment is not re-traumatizing (there is no re-experiencing or re-exposing to your fears).

A Unique and Effective Approach to Trauma Therapy

Most trauma therapies are distressing, event-focused and time-intensive.

Instead, I use an innovative neuroscience-based approach that clears emotional distress at the subconscious level. This approach pinpoints the root causes of the problems, so they can be cleared and replaced with positive change. Sessions can vary from 1-3 hours in length.

Most clients report achieving significant and lasting results within just 1 – 3 sessions.

In fact…

In fact…

Treatment is often successful in a single 2 to 3 hour session.

One session? Yes, sometimes one session is all it takes.

Alternatively, some problems have multiple “roots,” so you may notice an improvement after the first session, but there is more to resolve.

In that case, we will do additional sessions to get it all cleared up.

What To Know About Trauma and PTSD

More about Trauma…

Trauma overwhelms and shocks the nervous system. Mind can then fear the event(s) years later, even though the initial threat is no longer happening. It’s also common for mind to attach distressing meanings to what happened, which then appear to make it even more difficult for the event to “go away.”

In our meetings, we will “clear” these meanings and break the cycle of triggering feelings when the event is somehow brought to mind. It is then possible to be free from experiencing a physical or emotional response in the present moment to something that happened in the past. This accelerates healing and leads to a newfound sense of empowerment.

Past trauma (of all kinds) can show up as:

  • Recurrent and intrusive memories
  • Nightmares
  • Flashbacks
  • Avoiding events due to fear
  • Intense distress when triggered
  • Depression
  • Negative beliefs about oneself or the world
  • Feeling “on edge”
  • Feelings of not being safe
  • Self-blame about the event
  • Sense of numbness, detachment, or withdrawal
  • Limited positive emotions and happiness
  • Persistent pain or tension
  • Difficulty trusting
  • Feeling alone or misunderstood
  • Attracting unhealthy relationships

These symptoms can often be caused by:

Sexual abuse
Physical abuse
Violence
Psychological abuse
Traumatic childhood
Bad breakups
…and more

This approach is also beneficial for:

First responders, Active military & Veterans

This treatment approach is beneficial for all types of trauma – whether it was a single incident or something that occurred repeatedly (e.g. ongoing sexual abuse, war trauma).

You rock! You are an amazing gift to the people that get to work with you. Your approach and your style are truly transformative. You are an artist and master at your craft.

Thanks Randel for an amazing life changing 2 sessions!!! Your sessions did require total concentration which is fantastic. Thanks is insufficient, but thanks, thanks again!!!!!!

Things have actually been going really really well. My wife said – you’re hitting on all cylinders. That one hour we met turned out to be a big deal. The single most important hour that I spent.

I’ve never been led like that before from any counselor or psychiatrist. How are you able to do that?

Thank you for helping me save my life:) I feel so happy and at peace. More than ever before. It feels effortless. And incredibly joyful. Thank you for what you do!

It feels like a new gigantic space just opened up for goodness and safety and love and joy. It’s the easiest session I’ve ever done. You did all the work. I didn’t have to do anything.

What you’ve been able to accomplish in just a few sessions has been astronomical.

I got more from you in that 20 minute consultation call than I got from everybody together in the previous 20 years.

I have dramatically altered my happiness and ability to be free to live a life I want because of your help. I will forever be grateful.
